Fair-skinned Chihuahua

This project was the first for new client Imperative Outlier and kicked off a series of spots for the American Forces Network.  AFN broadcasts to the US Armed Forces around the world.  This particular PSA involved animating a chihuahua "JibJab style" and proved loads of fun for our team.
